25 % TRAVEL (75% Remote work)The Government anticipates travel under this effort to perform the tasks associated with the effort, as well as to attend program-related meetings or conferences throughout US.
The total estimated number of trips in support of the program related meetings for this effort is once per month (estimated at three to five days in duration)
Bella requires one FTE Enterprise Video Engineer. Video engineers will engineer, design, implement and troubleshoot video systems running on Cisco Unified Communications across. Projects will include enhancements to security, transition to IPv6, automation, design, and configuration planning of new equipment. They will lead implementations with multiple teams to accomplish mission goals.
This LCAT has been identified as resident SME engineer. Resident engineer must meet the following requirements:
1. Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications specializing on Video.
2. Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor unified communications systems.
3. Expertise in deployment automation, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of systems.
4. Expertise with oversight of a team running a trouble ticket system.
5. Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools.
6. Demonstrated ability to drive frequent release cycles (daily/weekly).
7. Minimum Education Level - Current CCIE Collaboration Certification
8. Minimum 15 years’ experience as an IP based video engineer spanning multiple locations.
9. Expertise with Webex, Webex Instant Connect, and Webex Connect.
10. Expertise with Webex SDK and development tools/apps such as APIs (REST/JSON, HTML/XML), Bots, Webhooks, etc.
11. Expertise with engineering and migrating to IPv6.
12. Expertise with MS Teams and integrations.
